This is Donghe Oil Factory owner's private garlic chili oil recipe that was once only used within the family and not for sale. Following Donghe Oil Factory's philosophy, only the best red chili and garlic is mixed with white sesame oil along with maltose and soy to create the perfect chili oil. When used to enhance the dish, it will give the dish a home run out of the field~!
